For those navigating loss, transition, heartbreak, or tender seasons of becoming. These sessions offer a grounded, embodied space to process grief, emotional contraction, and nervous system overwhelm, through breath, touch, intutive movement guidance, and trauma informed somatic practices.
We work gently and safely with the body as the doorway - allowing whats been held to soften and unwind at the pace your system can hold. This is not talk therapy; it is a return to the body, a place for deep presence, release, and reconnection with your inner resilience and aliveness.
