Meet Isa

Feminine embodiment and soul alignment coach, licensed massage therapist, yoga teacher, and lifelong dancer devoted to guiding women home to their bodies and back into divine alignment.

My path has always been one of movement and spirit — from growing up as a dancer to teaching yoga and studying the healing arts. I learned that the body is not separate from spirit — it’s the vessel through which we connect to God, intuition, and truth. As a first-generation Asian American woman, I carry the ancestral story of resilience and grace, and my work is an offering of remembrance — that softness is power, that receptivity is strength, and that we are never disconnected from the divine.

As a 1/3 Sacral Manifesting Generator and world traveler, I live and teach through experience. From sacred lands in Hawai‘i to the temples in Greece and beyond, I’ve devoted my life to exploring what it truly means to live in embodied devotion — to listen to the body as an oracle, to honor the cycles of feminine energy, and to create from alignment rather than force.

Through my own journey of heartbreak, codependency, and spiritual awakening, I’ve come to understand that healing is not about becoming perfect — it’s about remembering who you already are: a divine woman, deeply worthy of love, abundance, and ease. My mission is to guide you there — through the body, through breath, through devotion.
